Engineering
what is inside

Latticeum builds engineering software for 3D-printed parts. 3D printing can build internal structures that no other method can, such as smooth, nature-like lattices. Designing them, and proving that they work, still takes specialist tools, long iterations and a lot of guesswork.

Latticeum exists to close that gap. Septum designs advanced heat exchangers that move more heat in less space. Osteon makes structural parts lighter while keeping their shape and checking their strength. Both give clear engineering results, so a design can be trusted before it is printed.

Modules

Pilot

Septum

Software for designing advanced heat exchangers.

  • Builds the core from a gyroid lattice, which packs more heat-transfer surface into a small volume.
  • Predicts how much heat the design transfers and how much pressure it costs, before anything is made.
  • Exports a printable model with wall thickness already checked.

Osteon

Software for designing lightweight structural parts.

  • The outer geometry and mounting points stay exactly the same, so the part still fits.
  • The new part is checked for strength, fatigue and vibration against the original.
  • The original and the lighter part are shown side by side, with the weight saved and the margins kept.

Principles

Nothing changes outsideInterfaces and mounting points stay as approved, so the part fits exactly where it always did.
Every result has a marginEach design shows its distance to the limit, and anything not measured is reported as unknown.
Ready to printWall thickness and powder removal are checked, so a 3D printer can really build the part.
